no. for two reasons: 1st, i would realise i was in the wrong house as my Gran's been dead for years; and 2nd, I'm a vegetarian... so i never eat turkey. but you can pass the green bean caserole *yummy* or the whipped sweet potatos *yummy yummy* or the cranberry sauce. *mmmm yum*.... one tablespoon of each; oh yes, and a glass of water please, thank you. LOL ♥

*edit* i'm lmAo over nytebried's answer, that was funny.

No!! I wouldn't let anyone else ether. If she was out of it enough to cook it with panty hose and stockings, she probably didn't cook it properly. Turkey and all poultry have a bacteria called salmonella. Usually it is killed when you cook the turkey, but if the turkey isn't cooked all the way or is left out at room temperature for too long, it could survive to infect you. It's better to be tactful and risk hurting her fillings than to risk everyone ending up in the hospital. Usually typhoid (the disease caused by salmonella poisoning) is treated with antibiotics, but sometimes it is fatal.

you know what grandma, mama just stuffed me like this turkey. can i get that to go and when the magic toilet fairy visits, i'll be eating this delicious turkey up.

hate to be that decietful, but there is no way that I'm eating a turkey that's been stuffed like that. she's not expecting me to sit there and eat if I've already stuffed myself. I could be starving, but there's my line and i'm sticking to it.

sure, just not the stuffing! keeping elderly relatives to feel loved is very important. grandma probably went through a lot of hard work to prepare a feast, you should enjoy the meat, and maybe the stuffing wont appeal to you, but what if it makes the meat even more juicy and flavorful?

Hmm...depends...are we talking CLEAN stockings, or crusty stockings...

If the former...maybe a bit from the very outside.

If the latter...I would feign sickness, Bart Simpson style...(ooohhoohh...ouch...*moan* I think I ruptured one of my ovaries!)...and stagger for the front door...
