"Goodday Sunshine" was written by Paul sitting by John's poolside. Apparently one day he went over to John's and John wouldn't get out of bed. So Paul went down to the pool and wrote a song about the day and how great it is to wake up every morning. The story goes that at that same moment, John was laying in bed writing "I'm Only Sleeping".

"You Won't See Me" Paul wrote about his at the time girlfriend Jane Asher. She was an actress and apparently he could never get ahold of her. She was doing shows in America and he was on tour everywhere, so they couldn't ever find time to talk. Shortly after this song was written, they broke up.

I think you're referring to the song "Good Day Sunshine" and I believe it's about someone who's in love. As for "You Won't See Me", it's about a girl who doesn't want to see the boy and is avoiding him.
