I am currently 3 months in my sophomore year. Do you think i should studying SAT 1 now? Also when should I start studying for the SAt 2 subject tests? should i like studying like 3 months before i take the subject test or what. Thanks for any help and opinions it would help me alot ;D

3 months ago would have been good but now will do, for both.

It all depends on how prepared you are from classes and your life experience.
You could try a practice test now, and that would give you a better idea of how much [or how little] work you have to reach your target score.
SAT2 tests should be taken after you've taken the class. If it's an ongoing class [not just one year] you should take it after learning as much of the material as possible: in your senior year. If it's a class you're only taking as a sophomore, as long as you feel prepared, it might be better to take it immediately after finishing the class, when the material's fresh in your mind. And remember, your scores and what you learn in class can be a fairly accurate prediction of your SAT2 scores.
In any case, when you do decide to start studying, you should start with a practice test to pinpoint your weakest areas, and then concentrate on those - trying to really understand the subject, and not just learning it for the test.
