The family is riding in the van late at night and everyone is sound asleep except the driver. It is an instrumental. Mostly guitar as I remember. It's been a while since I saw the commercial, maybe since last year.

And if it was composed solely for this commercial then it should still have an artist and title. I really like it for some reason. Its very calming and soothing. Geico should release a cd of all their commercial songs!
