The pediatric doctor said that its just a reaction from the medicine they injected (DPT diptheria polio thypoid). I am now afraid to bring him again for his next scheduled vaccine. Anybody knows why he react and seazure? He is just 3months old now. He was confine when he was 2months.

The "official" recommendation after an event like this would be found in the "Red Book." I believe 2006 is the latest edition. The Red Book is the report of the Committee on Infectious Diseases of the American Academy of Pediatrics.
I regret that I do not have access to the most current edition. An older edition states that such an infant have a neurological evaluation before receiving further DTP vaccine.
Also, check whether you child was given DTP or DTaP.
