.....running your air conditioner? It is still too warm here near the Gulf ( in Texas) to not have it on. It is supposed to cool off and be 57 degrees Thanksgiving day however.

Harley Lady, I spent the first 35 yrs of my life in Indianapolis so I so remember the cold. I still miss the changing of the seasons and the snow.

I'm a Hoosier sitting here in the middle of Southern California. And yes, the air conditioner is on right at this moment, but not for much longer.

We are planning on eating outside tomorrow before it gets a little chilly on Friday night. This is one of the perks of SoCal.

However, I too, miss the changing of the seasons, just a bit. Especially those wonderful fall colors.

Here in Tn it can be 40 one day and 70 the next. We just play it by ear. We use our fans and open windows often in the Spring and Fall. I try to keep the heat off until I have to have it. We have turned on the air conditioner a couple of times over the last 3 days.

Is it really that warm still anywhere? Wow, I thought it had
cooled off everywhere by now. We had only 44f today in
Washington State. It's supposed to warm up to 50 in a couple
of days tho. Our nights are really cold and we have to keep
the heat on low.
Well I hope it cools off for you soon so that you have a
more seasonal Thanksgiving. Tho I have spent a few 'warm'
turkey days in Arizona, so I know what you're going through.

We have had several days of very nice weather here. Friday was the last day I used my AC, during the afternoon, it was 82 degrees. We haven't needed the AC for three whole days! I'll probably put it back on this afternoon, the temp will be in the low to mid 80s and I'll be roasting turkey and cooking. It only went up to 80 yesterday, and it was so nice!

Still getting pretty hot on the left side of Texas too (Lubbock) 81º today. Heater in the morning, air conditioning in the afternoon, and we're still getting tomatoes out of the garden. As they say, if ya don't like the weather in Texas, just hang around a day or two.

Haven't had my A/C on for a month or more. Here in No. Calif.
it's getting cooler mid 40's overnight to mid 60's during the day. I do turn on my heater in the morning to warm the house up. Depending on the outside tem I later open the windows.
Have my flannel sheets on the bed.

AC has been shut off for about 3 months or so. I run my heater at night plus my fan. During the day, heaters go off and the fan stays on. That all might change here for the next few days and maybe even for the season. I live in Oklahoma.

We only use the air conditioner for about 1 month in the summer . It has been shut off and covered up for some time now.

I don't think my AC has been on for 2 months now. The temps have been pretty pleasant until today. Yesterday the high was 72 degrees but tonight the temp is 25... and yes, the furnace is running.
