Where'd you get the stupid idea that gun control's about street criminals? Because it's not. It's about regulating the types of legally-obtained assault rifles used in recent mass shootings. The average citizen wouldn't have the first damn clue about how to go buy a gun off the street. Assuming nutjobs magically somehow have such skills is assuming too much.

*thinks* well honey, this is where common sense would come into play. If the gun was legal to begin with, wouldn't it be being sold in a store, not out of the back of someone's van or trunk? *sighs* in any case, yes, it's illegal, in most states i believe. LmFao. ♥

Check your local laws but in Oklahoma you can buy a gun off of a Private owner.

nope, unless this guys are registered and has papers to give you to proof that their guns are legal. But i guess nobody done this. lol still illegal.

ofcourse also.. if its being sold on the street its probably 'hot' meaning its stolen/has been used for murder or some other crime
