probably. 40-45 wins is reasonable for the lakers.

Absolutely...more if they can keep going with the momentum they have now and the bench keeps on top of their game like they have been. The Lakers have the hardest first part of the season and are winning against good teams. If they can get through the first half the way they are now the second half of the season will be a breeze.

By the way the bench is playing, and the impressive improvement from Farmar and Bynum together is definitely a 45+ win team.

The Lakers are looking strong..
As long as they stay healthy, (unlike last season) I'm thinking that they'll do just fine.
The bench is playing great, way better than expected, and Derek Fisher is bringing expiernce back to a team mostly made of rookies.
I hope they do well =]

Yes!!! More.. like 51 or 52 if Kobe can have that MVP season like he did three other years but got nothing. But as long as they are 5th in the west or better, Kobe will stick around and the Lakers will start building properly and get more Rings in LA!

no, i think they will win more, they have knocked off some of the best teams in the nba and are ready for more, they have finally let go of the unnecessary baggage in cook and evans and the bench is performing really well, in the last 3 games they outscored their opponents by 60 points, they are on a 4 game winning streak which will last another few games they will win at least 50

Ariza is a great defender and can jump and dunk too when he was with the Knicks (damn Isiah traded him away for the loser Francis). The Lakers can win at least 45 games and more as long as KOBE doesn't over ball-hog and over complain again.
