With the discovery of a solar system with a planet much like our own, I don't see why not. Space is so big and the size is uncomprehendible for me. Surely in all of this there is other life. And when you figure the probability of our planet and sun ending up just as they were with other surrounding stars and such so that the odds of another planet just like us is way past enormous. And yet there is so much out there, it dwarfs that probability. But I'm not going to guarantee humans. They could just be totally different from us but it's the intelligence I'll bet on.

Not in our solar system. Assuming your civilization lasts long enough then someday we may send humans to other star systems with planets similar to earth.
So really the question is not a matter of if but when.

I would say by definition there is no "HUMAN" life on other planets. There may well be life but unless we evolved from matter from outer space - probably not.

Might be but I won't call them human life, since given the difference in environment and weather, etc they might appear different in form.
