According to the source below: Navel area

"Pain near your bellybutton can be related to a small intestine disorder or an inflammation of your appendix (appendicitis).

The appendix is a small, finger-shaped pouch that projects out from your colon on the lower right side of your abdomen. If it gets clogged or obstructed, it may become inflamed and filled with pus. Without treatment, an infected appendix can burst and cause a serious infection (peritonitis). In addition to abdominal pain, appendicitis may cause nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, fever, and the urge to pass gas or have a bowel movement."

I would suggest having her go to her family doctor and he/she can make suggestions from there. Good Luck!

Sounds like it may be her apendix. Has she been running a fever? She should go see a dr right away. This could make her very sick and cause blood posioning if she doesnt go. Not trying to scare ya but its the facts.

I had this earlier on the comparable age besides the incontrovertible fact that it wasn't from throwing up. My wager is that's what it relatively is. Ask her if it looks like spider pains, and the greater she breathes in the greater it hurts. if so, a speedy yet semi painful medical care I used grew to become into to at once thrust my chest foward yet save my palms back and then thrust your chest foward returned and throw your palms up. i comprehend it sucks yet this constantly labored for me. and have her take a seat up in the present day whilst she is doing it. EDIT: My mom did no longer take me to the rfile for awhile after it began, and that i grew to become into effective, yet once you're apprehensive then gain this.

It could be the appendix - very close to the navel!

If she gets sharp pain, she needs to go to the hospital ASAP.
