Oh, can I have my own holiday too? As an Italian-American, I used to have Columbus Day, but that's now considered Indigenous People's Day, so I need my own holiday back.
It's only right, after all. If we're going to wish Congress to waste time with meaningless BS instead of doing things like balancing the budget, cutting spending, cutting taxes and getting the hell out of my life, then we ought to make sure that EVERY SINGLE AMERICAN SUBGROUP has their own holiday, because all of us have had a hand in the building of this nation.

Do we seriously need a day/ month dedicated to ONE particular ethinic or racial group? I mean, cultural diversity is great, but isn't that a little much. (Don't bother using the racist card, I'm part Comanche....) We already have a day dedicated to secretaries, and I bet most people don't (off the top of their heads) know when it is, why bother making one for a racial group when no one will remember it anyway? In all honesty I would care less if they made a National Cacasian American Day or whatever...

They would have to give everyone who has been born here the day off. If you were born in the USA, you are a native of this country. I was, so I am a native American.
Find another term to describe tribal decendents. They all migrated here from the Asian continent, so NO ONE EVOLVED HERE FROM THE START OF NORTH AMERICA !

If the people we elect are not doing that job we want them to then let's elect their butts right out of office. I don't like talking politics too often because I cannot stand politicians but I feel we should not have incumbents. Get the guys out of their, especially when they do things like that. As far as I am concerned that seems racist to me.
