Is there any objective way to do it?

You can describe your physical person objectively -- 5'5", 120 pounds, black hair...whatever. But to describe your personality is MUCH harder. You might say "I'm witty," when someone else experiences you as sarcastic and mean. It's all very subjective!

Not sure if there is a purely objective way to do it. I'm thinking God is purely objective, so naturally there's no way for people to be, but suppose the closer one is to godliness, the more objective one would be.
The more one is able to bracket aside those things which make the definition of self subjective, the more objective the observation would be.
All together, it may not really matter if one can judge character objectively.
