u would stand at (0,0) and it would travel through the air until it hits the ground at say (4,0) with its vertex at say (2,2)....

it is a mind test bro, you can't apply quadratic function in real life..,it's just trying to enhance your mathematical capability...but somewhere somehow it will later use...it's not impossible! just go for it,..maybe you will be the first to use quadratic formula in real, by just collecting ants, hiding some of them as x, or y, the square of them doubles, ...something like that, ...
