First of all, the agency won't help you with acting. You need to know what you're doing before you attempt to contact them. Get training. Ask your parents to sign you up for acting classes at a local studio or theatre. Get involved in theatre and perform whenever you can. You need to build a resume. Once you've had a good amount of training and you've been in a few theatre productions, try adding student and indie films to your repertoire.
Agents will take people who they think will book jobs and make them money. Get training, build a resume, and you may have a shot.
One more thing, that Kidz In Media looks just like so many other companies that are popping up all over the place that tell every kid in the mall they see that they have a great look and to come to a 'free' screen test. Don't worry, the huge fees will come later, they always do. Their M.O. is exactly the same as all the other similar companies... don't fall for it. *Also, they have a quote from Ramon A. who supposedly worked on Ugly Betty & Without A Trace... not unless he was an extra. There's no credit for any such person. http://imdb.com/Nsearch - I'm highly suspicious of companies like this and I can't stand when they make false promises and take people's money while stepping on their dreams...
Do things the right way. Don't forget to network while you're in classes and productions. Make friends. Ask people (tactfully of course) who they're signed with, maybe you'll get a referral.
good luck,
Marianne

Considering you didn't give an age range or location I will not be able to be as specific as I would like.
Firstly, inform your parents that this is something that you are serious about. Performing is not a hobby, it's a job and it will require a lot of time, sacrifice and money (not just yours, but your parents as well). Ask one of them to act as your manager. You don't need an agent at this time.
Disney is ALWAYS looking for new talent. They have open castings in Florida and Los Angeles several times a year. They also send scouts out to find talent. But you need to be prepared. Start acting, dancing and singing classes in your area. Disney is a great training ground and they do develop talent, but they like their kids to be as close to show quality as possible. Look at Justin Timberlake, Ryan Gosling, Vanessa Huggins, Ashley Tinsdale, etc.
You don't have to wait until you complete these classes to start seeking work locally. Try out for local theaters and regional commercials. Once you have depleted all of the non-union work then start looking for an agent to get you more substantial work. Please contact SAG, AFTRA and the BBB (better business bureau) to confirm the legitimacy of the agency.
Unless you already have some developed skills and training or are exceptionally beautiful I wouldn't seek an agent right now. They do not mold talent they sell it.
Good luck to you.

First, please be aware that an agency will not help you with your acting. By this I mean they won't teach you how to read scripts, ext. You are expected to know how to do this already.
Take some acting classes.
As a poster said before me, you do need some money. Printing lots of headshots and getting them done cost a lot (printing off lots of snap shots to send out does too)
Then you have to add in the price of gas now when you drive to meet with agents and go to auditions...
So before getting an Agent, it is crucial that you have experience, and preferred training.
Do you live on the East Coast? In the Boston area?
In a sec I'll post some helpful links.
Don't act for fame and money, act because you truly love it.
Good luck!
If you dream you can do, making it happen is up too you!

Can i ask your age?
Dreaming?
Disney Channel?
First of all im proud of you for wanting to follow your dreams.
Second, there is not spectacular agency. It really depends on your talent, looks and experience.
There is a screen testing thing i have recently heard about called Kidz in Media. Apperently they go around to big cities and hold screentests.
They then send the screentests to casting directors.
If they like you, they'll call you in.
If not, you won't get any work after it.
The screentest is free, and it is not a scam.
I'd say try it.
Also, may I be frank, you have to be born into it with disneychannel.
Raven - Cosby Show
Miley - Her dad Billy Rae and his money
Hilary - Diaper commercial at 4 months
You also kind of have to be rich.
However, shoot for the moon.
The worst you can do is hit the stars
Hope i helped
Break a leg!
