Hey Toyota Lover. There is a lot of BAD advice on this website - especially regarding medical issues. Hopefully, my advice won't be as bad.
What you describe is NOT normal and should be taken very seriously. Possibilities include vascular/heart problems, nerve compression (e.g. disc herniation in the neck), thoracic outlet syndromes and other nerve entrapment syndromes, and more.
I would avoid all weight lifting until a thorough medical evaluation by a competent physical medicine doctor or Chiropractor has been performed.
Best wishes and good luck.

check your heart rate and keep your arm at a level above youre heart to try to increase blood flow in addition call your local urgent care if you dont want to deal with an emergency room. If they are closed call a doctor or go to the emergency room. It may not be just from the weights, it may be the oncoming of a heart attack. Dont think only old people or fat people can have a heart attack. Anyone can so please do yourself a favor a be seriou about this situation because the body produces and signals pain as an indication to you that something is wrong.

You may have pinched a nerve. If it doesn't go away in a week or two have an ultrasound done on that arm. In the mean time cool it with the weights.

Sounds like you are having some circulatory problems. Do you have any cardio-vascular issues that run in your family.
Just to be safe, I would call your dr

They're numb because you're literally breaking muscle away.
They take time to grow back bigger and better. Only weight train every other day, and be sure to eat plenty of protein.

it could be TOS, Thoracic Outlet Syndrome, its basically when the nerves located between your collar bone and your clavicle get pinched, and those nerves go to your arm, so you may get loss of feeling or tingling for a bit. but, its pretty rare. its probably nothing to worry about.
