I am thankful for my amazing husband and for my wonderful, loving family. Some of them are mine by birth, some by marriage, and some are friends who passed the friend stage years ago and became the family I choose for myself.
I am thankful for my best friend. She is my oldest friend, knows me inside and out, including the deepest secrets and the ugly stuff, and loves me anyway.
I am thankful that I have a dog who loves me and cuddles with my feet in the wintertime.
I am thankful for the fact that even when it's unbearably cold here, we get days with amazing blue skies and fluffy white clouds that look like white cotton candy.
I am thankful that my favorite jeans shrink in the dryer, but that I can still get them on.
I am thankful to every man and woman who is now or has ever served my country in uniform.
I am thankful that I have enough to eat, a little bit tucked in the bank, and a mortgage payment I can actually afford.
I am thankful for all the wonderful people I have met on Y!A, and the fact that my second anniversary is coming up in January, and I haven't been banned.
And last but not least, I am thankful that I was born in the USA. I have been all over the world, and I am glad I live in a country where I can state my true opinion about my government, religion, and other sensitive topics with no fear that I will be silenced.
(Oh, one more thing--I am thankful for OPI nail polish--especially Linkin Park After Dark and Pompeii Purple, my two favorite colors.)

Iam Thankful for my 2 daughters who's faces I adore.
I'm thankful my parents are in good health and I still have them in my life. Iam thankful to be alive and show my friends and family how much they mean today and always.
I'm thankful that this year I have committed to helping the less fortunate by cooking and serving with a smile to those who dont have what I have (which is a caring family). Every year I say I'm going to do this. The year has finally come to realize when I meet those on the street with no place to go, that at least for a day I can contribute something.
I dont have much money but I have the time.
Happy Thanksgiving to All of You!

I am so grateful for every little thing I have that so many times I take for granted. Compared to so many others I am rich for having a roof over my head, food to eat, clothes to wear, friends that honestly care, (some right here on YA) a job, and a God that loves and excepts me for who I am.
I am also grateful that I can pray for all those that find it very difficult this time of year for so many reasons that many of us may not think about.
May you all have a blessed Thankgiving.
PS. I'm also very grateful for my computer, even though I'm not very good on it, so I can answer questions like this one and reach out to help whenever I can.

I am thankful for my life, such as it is. It's not the best but it's not the worst either. I'm thankful for each breath I take for I know, in more ways than I can list, that God has given it to me. I want to thank Him for giving me a wonderful set of parents that stood beside me, held my hand and refused to let me fall. I want to thank Him for a wonderful husband who has been through hell for me and stills continues to love me without reservation. I'm thankful for the friends who walked that shadowed path at my side and gave me hope when I wanted to give up. And I'm thankful for the new friends I have made in YA. Happy Thanksgiving everybody!!

Yes.
I'm thankful for being able to recognize the blessings I've been given.
I thank God every day for showing me that, no matter how bad things can get, there's always hope and dreams.
I thank our founding fathers for insuring that we all have the rights they've earned for us by having the courage to tell King George III where to put his crown.
I could go on and on, but I think you get the idea.

I am really thankful that I have my family to celebrate with. It's only my dad and my sisters with me this year, but I am so thankful to have them, because a lot of teens have died this year in my area, and one being my friend.. and it's her family's first Thanksgiving without her.. so I am just really thankful that I haven't had to say goodbye to someone so close..
And my heart really is with anyone who has to celebrate this year without a loved one.
Happy Thanksgiving everyone!
Be sure to watch the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade!! I'll be watching from my window :)

Well, everyone's all serious, which completely put a damper on what I was going to say . Sheesh! I guess I'm thankful for good kids, my health, a job I love, and the good food I'll share with my family tomorrow.
