Is it kinda missing, but not all the time? I would be sure to have a fresh fuel filter first. Then check one at a time both ends of the spark plug and coil wires for any signs of corrosion and replace any parts that appear bad. Then remove the spark plugs. Replace with rapid fire Delcos. These were designed to fix a lean misfire in these motors. You should also have a look to make sure the primary ignition isn't corroded inside the dist cap. Anything green needs to be replaced.

if i had to guess...something thats only working when the vehicle is up to temp, like EGR...has a vacuum leak. Open the hood and check for any obvious disconnected hoses. Its really hard to say without being there, but id start with that.

Your ignition coil could be at fault. When the coil heats up the copper windings in the coil expand and if there is a break in the winding it will not fire properly or at all. This happened to me on a couple vehicles and one lawn mower.

Jack the truck up from the final area and pull the actuator returned out, look down the bore the place it installs and there might desire to be a flat disc with a hollow in the midsection, be sure it hasn't popped out of place and is proscribing the holiday of the linear actuator. I did that once I regeared my 'ninety two comprehensive length Blazer. you will possibly be able to additionally verify to be sure voltage is getting to it and that there is resistance between the leads of the actuator coil yet my wager may be the disc i discussed in the previous being out of place.

210 is to hot, should be about 190, also add Lukas oil treatment, that does wonders, I have a 90 3/4 ton that does the same thing, I think I will change the engine.
Also the timing could be off,
