Only crazy people DON'T talk to themselves.
Talking to yourself, not aloud, but meta cognition and introspection are hallmarks of a truly intelligent person.
Only a fool would trust every feeling that they have to be the truth. You have to think it over - comparing the mind and heart. If it feels right but doesn't make sense, or if it makes sense but you are turned off to the idea, something is wrong.
To reach a decision that is best and most true to oneself, one must deliberate over the intellectual and emotional aspects of an issue.
If you don't talk things over to yourself (in your mind of course) you are worse off, because you are a sheep, going wherever you are told to go - hopefully not, but probably by whatever is most attractive to you. baa baaa baa
The truth isn't always going to be the easiest or smoothest way, definitely not the prettiest. That's for the gullible.

Yes because before you be a friend to other you must be friend to yourself first....its not that weird or craziness...its normal...everyone do that they only dont like to admit.For example you have done something bad or mistakes you will told yourself sometimes "Damn,Lancenelson,you fool!!","What I have done?".

yes.....sometimes I don't even notice I'm doing it! But like my grandpa always said,"it's okay to talk to talk to yourself, but it get's a little weird when you start answering your own questions" but I've done that too.
