Every 30 minutes is way to much. You have to see the school nurse or doctor. Let your mom know. Something more serious could be wrong and that is more important than wearing a heavy pad.

All you can do is go and wear pads...or tampons or stay home. If it's really bad, I'd just stay home. I mean, tomorrow is basically Friday anyway with the holiday. Are your pads the super absorbancy? You may need those.

I really truthful, you'll need to wear a tampon than pad. Tampon had more protecting than pad. And you can wear a over night pad when you goes to the bed.

hey girl, I feel your pain. Maybe you should ask your mom if you can stay home from school and go to a doc to see whats up. If not than the only other solution is tampons.

That 's your best bet to wear a thicker pad or bring a lot with you so that you can change them frequently if not honey make sure you wear darker color clothes.

I guess try a tampon with a pad. But...if it's that heavy...you need to see a doctor.

weell you could try a tampon but i know how those feel when your not used to them, they can cause major cramps.

you might want to tell your mom or someone about it, because that might not be a good thing...

and just ask her if you can stay home. im sure she'll understand!
