Is it possible for you to transfer pokemon from colosseum to emerald?

ive read you can transfer to ruby and sapphire, but has anyone tried transferring to emerald

yea i cant remember if it was xd or colesseum but im pretty sure i tranfered my grovlye to colleseum but im not sure
