I live in Vegas and work on the strip. Best advice i can give you is to go to the Hard Rock hotel parking structure....it's just off the strip, so you wont be packed in like a sardine with all the drunks, it has a GREAT view of all the fireworks, and you'll be able to leave when you feel like it, instead of being held captive on the strip until the crowd disperses. Plus, the Hard Rock is a pretty cool place to hang out anyway.

You can watch the free fireworks outside ANY Strip casino. But if you don't have a reservation now, good luck because the price goes up and up, if you can get a reservation, the closer to New Year's Eve.

I'll be there too(only an hr. flight for me)..the night clubs on top of the "Rio" and "the Palms" will have a great view...but they are off the strip..the strip itself will be closed to traffic and will be packed with revilers..seeing as you are from NJ you will probable have to pay for your group of girls...but in Vegas there are a lot to chose from...have fun bro!!

If open, Stratosphere or Eiffel tower.
Years ago, I went to NYC for Memorial day and saw fireworks from WTC (RIP) It was so weird to look DOWN on 'em.
