I am in the memory block 4. I know I am supposed to interrogate someone, but how do I find him?

Just find a view point in the place, if u still don't know where to find him... find all the view points in the place. The map later shows where the person is...

find a high place to scope out and it will show you where they are at

i says it on your map were to go to find him/her. or do wat the other guy said
