You should clip them. Dog or Cat nail clippers can work. Wrap the guinea pig in a towel and only expose one leg at a time. Don't clip to close to the quick (blood vessel, in white nail it is the pink part), If you clip too close it can bleed.
If you don't feel comfortable doing it yourself, a vet or some pet stores can do it for you for a small fee.

You should clip them if you notice they are getting too long, you can even use a pair of recular human nail clippers, if you dont have any animal nail clippers around. All you have to do is wrap them in a towel and make sure she is secure, you might want to get another person to hold the guinea pig while you cut the nails. just be sure not to cut the quick(the pink part) or it will bleed, if you cant see it try using a small flash light and shining behind the nail. if you do accidentally cut the quick you can put some cornstarch or flour on the nail and it will help to stop the bleeding, it will bleed alot to, but dont worry its not as bad as it looks, and it might hurt them a little bit, but not a whole lot

Definately clip them. If you need help, ask your nearest pet store or vet to help you for the first time. But whatever you do, remember that you do have to clip them!
