I question if he even has any integrity. This guy has been bought so many times its ridiculous. As for honesty just look at the Plame outing and all the B.S. he came up with for that one for an example.

Well during his first few days i couldnt tell if he is a bad guy so i gave him the benifit of the doubt but after 9/11 when he invited the criminal ariel sharon to visit ground zero and his soon obvious support for Israel and hostility towards palestine, i knew something is wrong with this dude and soon the Iraq war completely cleared my doubts.
I couldnt tell if he stole the elections at that time since i was too young like 14 so...didnt really cared that much about politics

No. He has no honesty or integrity. In fact he was the one who leaked CIA Operative Valerie Plame's name, or had it leaked, and then lied about it. Bush doesn't know the meanining of truth, or honor, and he isn't out for the country! He is for "I am for the have's...and the have mores"GWB
Read this which just came out across A/P.
WASHINGTON - Former White House press secretary Scott McClellan blames President Bush and Vice President Dick Cheney for efforts to mislead the public about the role of White House aides in leaking the identity of a CIA operative.
In an excerpt from his forthcoming book, McClellan recounts the 2003 news conference in which he told reporters that aides Karl Rove and I. Lewis "Scooter" Libby were "not involved" in the leak involving operative Valerie Plame.
"There was one problem. It was not true," McClellan writes, according to a brief excerpt released Tuesday. "I had unknowingly passed along false information. And five of the highest-ranking officials in the administration were involved in my doing so: Rove, Libby, the vice president, the president's chief of staff and the president himself."
That is an impeachable offense, as well as a criminal one!

ALSO:
"In early October 2002, George Tenet called Deputy National Security Adviser Stephen Hadley to ask him to remove reference to the Niger uranium from a speech Bush was to give in Cincinnati on October 7. This was followed up by a memo asking Hadley to remove another, similar line. Another memo was sent to the White House expressing the CIA's view that the Niger claims were false; this memo was given to both Hadley and National Security Adviser Condoleezza Rice."
