If I was president I'd do something about the War that going on. I'd help out other areas. I'd make sure taht nobody in the U.S is in the poverty area, and I'd help out other countrys like Africa and Asia with the same thing. I'd support people who have rights. I'd listen to what people think I should do for the U.S. I'd listen to what people would have to say, and make sure nobody would be suffering. I'd be helping out people that can't afford something they need. That is what you would expect out of a president.

No terrorist group has ever made an agreement with any nation on earth and then kept their promises if it suited their purposes to break them.
The belief that it is possible to sit down and negotiate with terrorists is absurd.
Those who think you can negotiate with terrorists obviously don't know their history.

The war on terror is not a playground game. You cannot call a time out. Do you think the terrorists would say "Oh ok we'll just stop attacking again until you are ready to fight". Absurd!

Pursue terrorists and rebuild the military. Also bring all national guard back to the states as i don't feel national guard should be over seas. However I would have the guard and coast guard patrolling the country in a 360 with shoot to kill orders on anyone who doesn't obey their orders to stop and be identified.

If I was the President, I wouldn't have sent US forces to Iraq. After we were there, I would have made sure those forces were allowed to kill terrorists. After all, that's why we're supposedly there. I fear that Iraq cannot be a sovereign nation as long as terrorists are prevalent.

this is a war, any timeout allows the enemy to regroup and carry out new attacks. They started this, we should finish it.
