It's the same density because they're both water.

The Mass (or Weight) of the drum will be greater but, as water has a density of 1g/cc (or mL), then neither of the two is 'Denser' (more dense).
(The drum having a greater height of water will also exert a greater pressure on its base than the cup of water).

the water in the drum will be denser at the bottom because of the weight pressing on it.
the same reason the bottom of the ocean has more pressure than nearer the surface

Norrie and Jack are both correct - Water is an incompressible fluid, so the density is constant. The pressure at the bottom of the drum, like the pressure at the bottom of the ocean, will be larger. Density will be the same.

acup full of water is denser because if you use enough cups to fill up a drum, all those cups will weigh more than a drum.
