When you find that a person contually answers your question with rude demeaning remarks, I think it is fair game. If you don't agree with the question, agree, with class and manners. Or just go on to the next question.

Sure, go ahead and block anyone you want to. This Yahoo Answers is for enjoyment not aggravation. If people continue to get under your skin, it's not just a one time disagreement, then I'd say it was high time to block them.

I don't let anyone get away with telling me how I should think. My opinions are my own. If I think someone deserves blocking then I block them. Period.

Recently we have had discussions on just this topic in Seniors. I am afraid I can not agree with the "consensus" made by the others on this....I will not open myself up to more harassment from certain individuals by removing the block I have on them.

Everyone has that right. Some people are constantly rude or harassing seniors then I would block them for sure.

Yes, you just go to their avatar and que on the 'block user'. Email me if you need help. I block lots of users when I see they are inappropriate answering others questions so they can't access my profile.
