What country do you live in and do you agree with the voting law there?

No, it is not compulsory to vote here in the United States. I agree with the law, because some people do not want to take the time to inform themselves about the issues, so it makes sense for them to choose not to vote.

and YES I agree..because we should have the right to vote or NOT..whats the point of MAKING everyone vote...then ppl just vote because you MAKE them...and NOT because they WANT to..

Yeah it is here in Oz and I don't like it. Feel hypocritical having to vote when I dint like the candidates.

Another USA citizen here, and no it is not compulsory, but highly recommended.
