Incomplete information is provided to solve the problem. Something more is missing here.

It may be an incorrect polynomial in x. The polynomial: x³ - 5x² + 7x - 11 cannot even be factorized, otherwise, I could have said that the three factors are its dimensions!

Without more information there is no way to get the volume. If the box is a cube then all the dimensions are the same length and are equal to cube root of (x^3 - 5x^2 + 7x - 11)

There is no rational root for this polynomial.
So you will have to find its approximate roots
numerically. If these roots are all real(call them r1, r2
r3), then the dimensions of your box are (x-r1)(x-r2)(x-r3).
I ran this problem through PARI, and, sadly,
your polynomial only has one real root(approximately
3.9311). So there really is no way to find the
dimensions of the box with the information given.
Sorry!
