I live in the middle of nowhere 26 miles from my school. All of my friends live in the town where my school is, about 3 miles apart from each other. It's not a huge town, like 3,000 people, but I wish I could live there. I hate the location of my house, the only things within a 10 mile radius are my grandparent's house and a resort. Where do you live and do you like it?

Stay after school so you can hang out in town and catch the school activities bus. Be sure not to miss it. I live east of the Mississippi and anything east of the Mississippi but not in the south or extreme northeast doesn't seem very friendly for me personally. But it doesn't bother me enough to move because the benefits right now outweigh the negatives.

I lived two places similar to the one you live in---and loved the peace and quiet, and the natural beauty. One was several miles outside of Globe, Arizona....on a ranch.........the other was between Lewiston and Moscow, Idaho......on a farm.

Presently I live on the outskirts of a large Arizona city....and hate it. Addicts have taken over the neighborhood. My daughter was attacked at 1:00 in the AFTERNOON, right up the block. I was even followed home by a crackhead. But, the schools are right down the street---wonderful neighborhood for the school kids...

Wow your towns huge compared to mine! I live in a town with 1000 people, way out in the middle of nowhere. It's pretty much redneck county down here lol.

i moved from the suburban area where i grew up to a pretty rural area when i got married... it took 2 years to get used to it but now when i visit my old hometown i am grateful for being in the country because it is very peaceful and more slow paced... as a teen i'd rather be in a more city like atmosphere but now that i'm 28 i like some space and fresh air! someday you'll appreciate your home town, even if you never go back.

I live in Hillsdale. Not a large town but good sized.I like where I live.I'm within walking distance of work and shopping. The only thing I don't like is it is a college town. And the students get loud at their parties and drive too fast down our road.

I love California! The city is awesome, but sometimes I wish I didnt move, even though I only moved 30 minutes away, but there were tons of stores and everything. And nature. I love nature!lol!

Here in Portland, Oregon, it rains - I hate it, but we get to buy cute rubber boots!

Me and my dad both wanna move to San Diego, but my mom doesn't want to!

I mean, it would be perfect - great weather, only an hour away from Disneyland and L.A. in general where I can get my acting career going. How great would that be?

I love where I live. It is far enough out that we have some space around us, but we are still within easy distance of the city. Perfect.

I know it's hard for you to believe now, but someday you will look at home with a whole different set of eyes and memories. I moved back to my hometown about 10 years ago. Such a nice place.....now.
