Nodame Cantabile subs?

So I downloaded the english sub for Nodame Cantabile from sars-fansubs but I need to certain player to actually watch it. Can anyone help? And no I don't want to watch it on crunchyroll because I believe the translations aren't as good as sars-fansubs. :[

Usually the problem is that you need the proper "codecs" to watch anime. There are quite a few different packs out there like CCCP (Combined Community Codec Pack) and k-lite that should have all of your needs. Most people would then say watch anime on a player like VLC or MPC (Media Player Classic-which I love).
