metric hours=(4+(5/10)+(6/100)+(7/1000))
=4567/1000 metric hours
=4.567 MH
4.567/10 = 0.4567
1day=24 hr
0.4567*24= 10.9608 hr
10.9608 hr= 10hr 57.648 min
=10hr 57min 38.88sec
unless this is a smart aleck question in which case the answer is probably something silly like " it wouldn't" or even that the day is in the metric system and not our system
