Guys jack off with a large variance in frequency and there is no specific frequency that indicates too much. Personally I am married and have adult children and I jackoff as often as the opportunity arises. Some weeks that may be once or twice and other weeks that may be seven or eight times. I would say that there is a good chance that your boyfriend is not being totally honest with you when he says he does not jackoff. Now it may be that he is simply embarrassed that he jacks off while he has a girlfriend or maybe because he jacks off with other guys, or something else, but I would be pretty safe in saying he jacks off.
