I am a Reagan Conservative or more to the point a Reagan Libertarian. I subscribe to the Reagan doctrine of capitalism, individual liberty, and a strong national defense. I reject all this neo con / Republican crap because it has abandoned the foundation the great Reagan has left for us. Reagan showed us how to be strong as nation while being free as individuals, but that has all been ruined by wimpy Republicans like Bushy Senior and Bushy Junior.

Conservatives are part of the Republican Party. A movement within the party. Like Liberals in the Democrat party. Neo con means new conservative. It is a word used by the left as an insult. Conservatism is the Right way to go.

Judging for the way the present administration acts, I'd shy away from neocon. That puts you in the same class as John Bolton. I'd try to stay away from the conservative label too. If use to mean fiscally responsible and believes in small government. Now it means a nut case that doesn't believe in science, is mean-spirited, "me first" attitude, and restricts personal freedom. Republican is the honorable title.

I simply consider myself a conservative with common sense.

I believe in States' rights, federalism, a very limited federal government, low taxation - taxation should simply generate enough revenue to fund essential government services - nothing more & nothing less, enforcing immigration law & limiting immigration, mandating English as the official language & only language by which government does business (this would also greatly help in assimilating new immigrants as well as bringing the nation together & helping commerce), I believe in interpreting the Constitution as it was originally intended by our Founding Fathers, I believe in freedom of speach & freedom to own firearms, I believe in freedom of religion - freedom from the federal government mandating an official religion but not against a state's right to observe an official religion nor do I believe that all references to religion or God should be struck from the public square, I believe in the right to own property & own my own labor without the government seizing it through force.......... and these are just a few things.

None of these things I would consider radical. They are all based in a deep appreciation and belief in my country, it's founders, the Constitution and the history & culture of this great nation.

Well I am registered republican, as I have been for 30 some years, and I vote for mostly republicans, for the past 30 years or so.

I would guess I am a republican who is just a bit right of center.

So, Neo means new and I have been leaning conservative my entire adult life

I am republican.

Registered Republican. I vote per candidate not per party.

These slang words continue to divide issues. From a text message world to a flip the bird at ya for your beliefs. Sad state of affairs. If only the new voting minds really listened during history class? Reality TV? hmmm seems many have alot to still learn. ALoha.

I am a bull moose conservative like teddy

low taxes, limited govt, limited social programs, strong national defense, pro life, pro second amendment (scary we have to defend a bill of right that states "shall not be infringed")

in a nutshell

Neo-con's are more the evangelical Christian wackos. Not that all evangelical's are wacko but there are a few that are.
