The US military has been doing that all along and several GIs have been charged as well as many at the former Gitmo. I believe the Islamo-Fascists are under investigation by the UN so no use repeating their effort. S. Hussein has already been tried and executed. It is just not important with all the real issues out there since its been going on from the get go.

What war crimes are you talking about? The crimes committed against the citizens of the United States of America by the Islamic fascist terrorists for the past thirty plus years.
