Atlanta area residents, ever shop at those furniture closeout stores in Norcross?Are they really cheaper?

There is supposed to be a section right off I-85 in Norcross that has a clump of furniture close out stores.There's a Rooms To Go Close Out Store and I think Underpriced Furniture is supposed to be one. There are supposedly more. I've not shopped there before, but will be checking it out right after Thanksgiving.Was the furniture 1st quality? Good selection? Any stories of experiences welcome.

If you go a little bit further north of 85. There is several outlets that way..Also Forest Park..
