My little tortoise have eye promblem. Its eyes swell like that of glod fish. And it have been having no appetite for nealy a month. I used chloramphenicol eyedrop and eye ointment, but they didn't work.
What should I do? Help!

Knowing the species and age would help a lot. For example, Box Turtles often suffer from vitamin A problems, and Russian Tortoises get herpesviruses. You CANNOT treat it at home if you don't know what the problem is.
If it has not been eating for a month, it has been ill for longer. It is time to have it seen by a vet so it can get a good diagnosis, good medicines, and good nutritional support.

awwww poor little guy, take him to the vet so you can know for sure what to do, don't just take a chance with his health

It could have a resporitory infection, or vitamin a defincy

you should try going to the vet every week and try to feed him by liguid nutrients ...........
