Is Mountain House CA A good real etstae investment?

Hello,

We have seen several great deals in Mountain House recently. Does anyone think that this is a good housing investment, or is it better to invest in the SF East Bay?

Hold off on R.E. Investments in Ca. right now. The market has not even come close to its low point. Mountain House will see better deals within the next 6 months. And if you buy now your values will drop accordingly.
