Which of USV islands has the most modern infrastructure with things to do as far as truely being americanized?

St Croix, while it has the largest oil refinery in America still has lots of open land and a quaint West Indian feel to it

St Thomas is truly Americanized; we got K-Mart, Office Max, traffic jams..

St John is 2/3rds National Park and has become a place where not even common millionaires can afford....

all islands have good phone/internet and TV service

all islands suffer from power failures much more often than anywhere in the States......but we never ever ever have to shovel snow......
