Santa would probably lead them on some sweet high speed chase resulting in a huge explosion were everyone but Santa dies because no one can stop the almighty red suited, White bearded puff ball hat man!

Hmm it depends. I don't think he is ever pulled over for speeding because that could possibly place him on the naughty list even thought he does the naughty and nice list. So if he is honest enough he would place himself on the naughty list. That would be very disappointing to the children!

Not recently. In the early days before the automobile was invented he was given a few tickets by the Mounties in Canada. They had the horses and dog sleds who could catch him.
