Yeah, not only possible but true... and sometimes they even ask questions about you ... thats really sad that is!
I mean ..c'mon ...get a life ..why ask questions about someone on here that you don't know..?

I think with some of the behaviour of late that has been seen in some of the sections on here it can definately be said that jealously is rife. As to why, well this is just another part of society that some people feel the need to compete to be the best, whether that's most best answers, most thumbs up, or most contacts, it's all a competition. It's a sad state of affairs when people get jealous over something like YA!

Yes it is possible Bex and it does happen. Just because they don't know you makes no difference as you are still a human being and jealousy is a human failing. There will always be people who want what you have. At the end of the day you have to accept it and feel sorry for them because it is there problem and not yours. Not easy I know when you are a sensitive soul - I have had more than my fair share so know what it is like. In a way you can take it as a compliment because they want to be like you or have what you have. xx

I used to be jealous of a lady I worked with. I HAD to work all hours just to pay the rent and have bread and butter in the house -she just worked for the jam to go on the bread. She owned 2 houses,2 cars,at least 4 foreign holidays a year,designer clothes etc etc. One day, over a cuppa at break, she told me how jealous of ME she was??!! She said it was because I was always happy and valued the few posessions that I owned,could make something from nothing do my own hair,make my own clothes etc. The one thing she really wanted was to come shopping to a SALE with me and see how I got a bargain.- simple thing -job done the following week.
So, I reckon jealousy on Y/A stems from just a few UNhappy people who can't have a laugh and get a buzz just from a couple of hours of jokey chats - because they think they won't 'fit' so they TD and try to make people as unhappy as they are- they need our pity really.

I guess if someone had posted a question
about the fact that their baby had been crying to much
then someone who wanted a baby may be jealous
or someone who's complaining about their weight problems
could make someone who is even heavier jealous
I get jealous when I go to the dance section and see everyone who can do their splits
And I'm so close! But since I was injured I just can't do it! And that's when I get jealous..
Even if you don't know someone you can still wish you had what they have
The whole grass is always greener theory ;)

I don't mean the people we are but do I really look like Jessica Alba? I don't think so!
It's all cyber in reality we're all strangers so what is there to get jealous about?

People can be jealous for the most shallow of reasons and they never feel the need to validate their feelings.Why would someone be jealous of posters on here whom they don't personally know?No life of their own.

I think it is more jealous of sections that build up a good repore and are like regular like us in RTV who know their subject.
I think it is sad as I come for fun and to help people if they need it myself points prizes do not bother me did not even know there was a leader board in each section!!
So yes it is possible but also a bit stupid and childish

Well, judging by the TD and violations some of us get for no reason, I do believe there are some out there who do not like the fact some of us on here have a laugh and connect with each other!
It's the only thing I can think of myself!

I suppose it is possible, especially in the categories that often debate. If someone makes you feel inferior you could be jealous of them.
