Really...what could be more disturbing than growing plant life out of pottery that *can* resemble a human head? And no, it's not "hair" if the "hair" sprouts leaves dang it! o_O
And the growth medium, that pottery, only remains intact for so long before the root system breaks it down. Meaning if you have a Chia Pet in the shape of, oh, say Shaggy's head from Scooby Doo, eventually it will become a *zombie* version of Shaggy as the plant's roots overrun the thing and tear the head apart.
I swear, there's a movie in this somewhere, *lol*. ^_^ But yeah...Chia is nasty. Just so you know. ^_^

I've had some pets people thought were strange, such as beetles, snakes, lizards and a tarantula, but I don't think that is strange, do you?!
I've known people who keep bats, which I would love, but my neighbours objected at the idea!
Actually, my mum once bought me a pet log? Yes, a small log with two moving eyes stuck on it?!
I think she was maybe giving me a hint about my taste in pets!

lions (you have to be a moron to keep wild animals as a pet)
squirrels

skunks
etc.
I once knew a girl who had a skunk as a pet. They had the smell gland taken out and it would try to squirt the family when it was angry but not succeed, lol.

Mrs Peanut. she sat in the window at work for the longest time.
one day she disappeared.
we actually got a ransome note --I suspect from a coworker.
