the cichlids are mbunas and peacocks can i keep them together with a Tetraodon nigroviridis?

My opinion is to not mix them. Plainly stated they just aren't compatible in the long run as far as temperament, water requirements, temperature, etc. Africans are too pretty and an expensive fish when mature that I wouldn't risk with a puffer fish. In my years of experience, puffers have always been a thorn in my side, for whatever reason.

The Puffer would not hesitate at all to rip the Cichlids to shreds... If you take a look at the water quality, T. nigroviridis are brackish water fish, while your Mbuna are freshwater fish... You may be able to do it while the Puffer is still young, unable to attack, and able to deal with freshwater, but at about 3 inches, your Green Spot Puffer needs brackish water to sustain its health...
