I don't think anyone can solve the World's problems. The Republicans and President Bush are on the right track but the country doesn't appear to have the guts to do what has to be done.

Depends how you define "problem", because if some of the "problems" we have today were presented to certain peoples at certain points of their history they might say something like, "You think that's a problem? you really do have it good don't you!".
Sorry, I guess that doesn't really answer the question, the answer is no one can solve all the worlds problems because we'd just invent/imagine new ones.

Probably China. So long as you capitulate to Chinese rule of law I am guessing all of the worlds problems will be solved. Of course you won't hear about any of those problems because they control what their population gets in terms of information but if you don't know about it - its not a problem - right.
