i grew up in OKLAHOMA..after seeing ELVIS on T.V. knew i wanted to sing..entered a talent contest @15 with one of ELVIS'S songs.."FRANKIE&JOHNNIE"..after graduation, got married and took JOHNNY HORTONS advice and headed NORTH TO ALASKA..played to PACKED HOUSES in ANCHORAGE..two years later-back in NASHVILLE..1976 signed with CAPITOL RECORDS..EVEN WROTE A FEW HITS..HOYT AXTON AND KENNY ROGERS RECORDED ONE OF MY SONGS
