Calories consumed on Thanksgiving don't count. Nor do those consumed on other major holidays.

Take a day off counting and enjoy! Be thankful!!!!

I wouldn't worry about the turkey. Turkey is a low fat food, with not alot of calories compared to other meats. White meat is better for you. Just watch the potatoes, gravy, and stuffing portions. Vegetables are always good for you. Remember it is Thanksgiving. Give yourself a break and enjoy the meal. There is always tomorrow to go back on a diet again. Happy Thanksgiving.
