Pressure is force divided by area.

(a) If the dancer is stationary, the force exerted on the floor is her weight, mg. The pressure is then mg / area. The answer will be in Newtons / square centimeter unless you want to convert cm^2 into m^2.

(b) If the dancer is accelerating at 5 m/s^2, the net force on her must be F = ma = N - mg. Solve for N, then pressure = N / area.
