Are you sure it is not just that the taskbar which is usually on the bottom is now over on the right side? If that is it you can click on it and drag it back to the bottom.
I have heard that some CAD work stations can rotate the image like you are asking but they are not what you would typically find without paying a high price.

Right click your desktop and select Graphics Options. Select Rotation, and select Normal. It might take a few minutes to get the hang of using the mouse sideways, though.

My grandson did that to my computer. Close down Internet first. Right click any where on screen Click on graphics options. click on rotate than click to get screen to rotate to correct position. Can be tricky making mouse do what U want in that position. Good Luck

google ur problem and find a key to press for it.
try F11. im not sure if it i'll work for sideways but try it anyway
if it makes it worse just click it again
