yes, i do. i have done so several times. when you hit rock bottom you got 2 ways to go, straight up and sideways. always go up. good luck.

yes, i try to be strong even when im crumbling on the inside.ive always been the one who ppl come to for advice and help. if im down my whole social group practically crashes. i dont talk to anyone about my problems. besides, they DO NOT need to know that im NOT O.K.

Most of the time because thats when you really need to stay positive. If you don't stay positive during that time, then you're just gonna give up on everything. always have hopee!
