Because that is the age and hav'n to be in a room with someone you normally may not hang with can drive people crazy!
Plus all these fights your friends are into is good for them and teaching them how to react to didn't things when they are older.
But some females just don't grow out of it and enjoy the attention they get from others.

I'm in SR. high I find there's a lot less drama when you keep to yourself. I don't talk to very many people and if I do get caught up in drama, I just apologize even if I feel I didn't do anything wrong. If a friend asks me to choose sides I tell them I'm staying out if it, and that's that. Sometimes they get mad at me then I apologize.
If they need advice I usually help them see it in a new perspective by asking them questions. For example my friend kept asking me if she should break up with her boyfriend. I asked "Are you happy when you are with him?" She said "no." So I said "there you go..." My friend asked me if she should continue to see the counselor. I asked "do you need him?" she said "for some stuff". I told her go see him when you feel you need him.
ps. If it makes you feel better there's a lot less drama in sr.high then jr. jigh. When you are in uni, I bet there will be no drama at all. Until you start working, then you will have to deal with office politics.

As long as there is difference in this world, the drama will never cease to be. People tend to fear what they don't understand, and as we all know, fear leads to many darken paths. Word of advise. Don't take sides, play the neutral role. Stand up for what YOU believe in, then, if someone attacks such said belief's, then defend them. Let the other's figure their petty disputes out for themselves.

Well first off there's no one FORCING you to take sides, your just being pressured into it. People suck. The next time some of your friends get into a fight. back off of both of them and let them duke it out between them. Tell them both that YOUR NOT CHOOSING SIDES! we all know that choosing sides is wrong because then your telling the other person that your not there friend any more. SO in other words the next time your friends get into a fight BACK OFF! leave both of them alone.
Don't ignore them but just don't bring up the fight. also when they start talking about one another to you tell them that you don't want to hear that crap and that your not for them fighting.
another thing is to sit them down together and have them talk it out. NO VIOLENCE!
hope everything works out for you.....
P.S.
there's drama because we teens create it.

We're teenagers thats why. we lack common sense not to mention we havent matured enough yet to walk away, although some have. by getting the drama done with in high school it makes college more fun because everyone is sick of it and is ready to "get real".

I'm assuming you mean high school. In high school, teens hormones begin to come into play. Their temperments are temporarily (usually) out of balance. It is a time during which teens are unsure of themselves, and feel it is necessary to prove themselves to the rest of the world. Unfortunately, this means drama.
